Hans Meeder, president of the Meeder Consulting Group, has an extensive and varied career in education policy and leadership.  He has served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Education in the U.S. Department of Education Office of Vocational and Adult Education, policy and outreach director for the House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce, senior vice president for workforce and postsecondary education at the National Alliance of Business, and Executive Director of the 21st Century Workforce Commission.  His areas of expertise include high school reform, career technical education, community colleges, adult literacy and government managemente.  Meeder earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College.
